生产性噪声对作业工人健康的影响

目的了解采石场生产性噪声对作业人员健康的危害。方法对某采石作业场所141名男性工人(暴露组78人，对照组63人)，采用问卷、现场调查及环境监测、测量血压及描记心电图，同时做听力测试。结果噪声接触组的听力损伤、血压异常、心电图改变及神经衰弱综合征等检查结果与对照组比较均存在显著性差异，随着接噪工龄的增加，其上述损伤情况有加重趋势。结论生产性噪声不仅对作业工人的听觉系统造成损害，同时对听觉外系统也造成不利影响。

Influence of industrial noise on workers' health

Objective In order to evaluate the impact of industrial noise on workers' health in quarry site.Methods Questionnaire on 141 male workers(exposed group 78 individuals,control group 63 individuals) and field survey in a quarry site were carried out including environmental monitoring,examination of workers' blood pressure and electrocardiography(ECG),hearing test is done at the same time.Results The results showed that the prevalence of neurasthenia syndrome(NS),changes of blood pressure,the abnormal rates of ECG and the level of hearing impairment in exposed group were significantly higher than those of the control group;and increased gradually and significantly as the working age prolonged.Conclusion The industrial noise can not only injure workers' auditory system,but also make adverse impact on their other system except auditory system at the same time.
