自体CIK细胞过继免疫治疗恶性肿瘤的实验研究

目的 :观察细胞因子活化的杀伤细胞 (CIK细胞 )治疗恶性实体瘤的疗效。方法 :分离患者自体外周血单核细胞 (PBMC) ,用γ IFN、抗CD3单克隆抗体、IL 2、IL 1等细胞因子诱导激活 ,并大量扩增培养。制备成细胞因子活化的杀伤细胞 (cytokininducedkiller即CIK) ,应用该细胞治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者 2 3例。结果 :3例患者完全缓解 ,5例患者部分缓解 ,7例好转 ,7例病情稳定 ,1例进展 ,治疗总有效率为 34.8%。 2 3例患者治疗后生命质量明显提高。治疗过程中除 2例患者出现发热外 (体温 38.5℃左右 ) ,其他无任何不良反应。结论 :CIK细胞过继免疫治疗恶性肿瘤疗效确切 ,副作用小 ,并能有效改善和提高患者的机体免疫功能。

Experiment Research About Malignant Tumors Adoptive Immunotherapy with CIK Cell

Objective To observe the efficacy that CIK(Cytokine induced killer) cell cured malignant tumors.Methods separate patient’s blood cell to make PBMC(peripheral blood mononuclear cell) .CIK cell were generated from peripheral blood cultured with IFN-γ、CD3 monoclonal antibody 、IL-2、IL-1、and then increasing more and more.To treat twenty three patients suffered from malignant tumors with CIK cell.Results three patients were cured;five patients were part cured;seven patients were make better and seven patients stoped to develop.In general,the efficient level of this cure is 34.8 %.Conclusions It had obvious effects that CIK cell treated malignant tumors.and also could improve immune function of patients.
