| 摘 要： | 目的:雷公藤叶中总内酯的提取方法一般采用水煎氯仿萃取法,因氯仿有毒,对环境有污染,探索用大孔树脂法提取雷公藤叶中的总内酯. 方法:采用分光光度法测定雷公藤总内酯,以考察大孔树脂提取的工艺,包括考察水煎液的浓度,醇沉淀醇的浓度及树脂的用量. 结果:用水煎醇沉法结合大孔树脂法可富集雷公藤叶中的总内酯,水煎液的药与药液质量之比为1 ∶ 2,醇沉淀的醇与药液体积之比为2 ∶ 1,树脂用量为15%较好. 结论:大孔树脂法可用于雷公藤叶总内酯的提取.
