口臭相关因素的分析

对780名口臭患者进行分析，探究口臭与口腔基本情况、全身系统疾病、饮食生活习惯等相关因素的关系。方法：对口臭患者进行问卷法调查和口腔检查，使用便携式硫化物检测仪对口气值进行评估，采用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。结果：患者就诊年龄为39．4±15．2岁，VI臭检出率为53．7％，15～35岁年龄组的患者、舌苔指数3～4的患者及有吸烟习惯者口气值显著增高（P〈0．05），有刷舌习惯者的口臭检出率较低（ｐ=0．001）。结论：口臭的程度与舌苔指数有关，吸烟患者患口臭的风险明显增大，而全身系统疾病、饮食习惯、牙线的使用及漱口水漱口对口臭无显著影响。

Analysis of oral malodor-related factors.

Objective：The aim of this paper was to analyse the characteristics of 780 patients who visited halitosis clinic,and to assess the relationships between halitosis and oral health,Systemic disease,eating habits,social and behavioural factors. Method：The patients were explored by means of a standard questionnaire and a clinical examination.Malodor was measured with a portable sulphide monitor（Halimeters）. SPSS software package were used for data analysis. Result：The mean patient＇s age is 39.4±15.2,The detection rate of oral-malodor was 53.7 %,The patients aged from 15-35,with the tongue coating index 3-4 and who had smoking habit had more risk （P 〈0.05） ,Tongue brushing decrease the detection rate of halito- sis（P= 0.001）. Conclusion： The level of VSCs varied with age, tongue coating, smoking habit, and tongue brushing. Systemic disease,eating habits,flossing,mouthrinsing did not influence VSCs levels.
