固定正畸治疗后牙釉质脱矿的临床观察与预防

目的:观察固定正畸治疗后牙釉质脱矿的发病情况,并探讨预防牙釉质脱矿的措施。方法:对76例使用固定矫治器正畸治疗患者治疗前后牙釉质脱矿情况进行对比观察。统计牙釉质脱矿的发病率和好发部位。结果:54例发生牙釉质脱矿,发病率71.05%。纳入矫治系统共1672个牙,治疗前釉质均发育正常,治疗结束后有207颗牙齿脱矿,脱矿率12.38%。脱矿好发牙位是上前牙,好发部位是托槽周围和牙颈部。结论:正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿是一个不能被忽视的问题,应采取有效的预防措施进行防治。

An evaluation of enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance and preventive mear- sures.

To evaluate the incidence and preventive measures of enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment. Method：Lesions of decalcification were observed of 76 patients being treated with fixed appliance. The incidence and severity of enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment were evaluated Result：Enamel decalcification lesions were found in 54 persons after treatment,the incidence was 71.05 %. Of the total 1672 teeth examined,207 teeth （12.38 %） had enamel decalcification. The highest incidence occurred among the maxillary anterior teeth and the highest incidence of area was the gingival area and the area around the brackets. Conclusion：Enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment is a clinical problem. There should be some preventive measures in orthodontic clinic to prevent it.
