口腔扁平苔藓相关危险因素的logistic回归分析

探讨诱发口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）的相关危险因素。方法：对285例OLP患者及200名健康志愿者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。利用计算机软件SPASSl0．5对10个可能诱发OLP的危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果：多因素logistic回归分析显示性别，年龄，局部刺激因素，心理状态，长期辛辣食物史与OLP的发生具有相关性，女性较男性发生OLP的可能性高（OR值为1．506）。年龄大于40岁者较年龄小于40岁者发生OLP的可能性高（OR值为1．448）。局部有刺激因素者发生OLP的可能性高（OR值为2．958）。口腔卫生状况差，有长期辛辣食物刺激史及心理焦虑者易发OLP（OR值分别为2．032；1．896；1．890）。结论：性别，年龄，局部刺激因素，心理焦虑状态及长期辛辣食物刺激史与OLP的发生具有相关性。

Logistic regression analysis on risk factors of oral lichen planus.

To analyze the risk factors of oral lichen planus. Method： The clinical data of 285 cases of oral lichen planus patients and 200 healthy volunteers were analyzed retrospectively. Logistic regression analysis was conducted with the aid of SPASS10.5 software to analyse 10 risks that may induce lichen planus. Result： The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age,local stimulation factors, mental state and long-term spicy food history have correlation with oral lichen planus,The probability of female suffered of lichen planus is higher than male,the OR value is 1.506. The possibility of patients that the age was greater than 40 suffered of oral lichen planus is higher than patients age less than 40,the OR value is 1.448. Patients with local stimulation factors are prone to suffer of lichen planus,the OR value is 2.958. Patients with poor oral hygiene,long history of spicy food stimulation and psychological anxiety are easier to suffer of oral lichen planus （OR=2.032;1.896;1.890）. Conclusion： The gender, age,local stimulation factors, anxiety of mental and long- term spicy food irritation history have correlation with oral lichen planus.
