医学营养大众健康教育实践探讨

摘    要:目的:通过营养健康教育组与对照组KAP的比较,了解营养健康教育对大众营养KAP的作用,为推动大众营养健康教育工作奠定基础.方法:采用现况调查的方法,用自行设计编制的调查表,就营养知识、态度、膳食行为等调查内容,在对研究对象进行教育前后开展调查,分析比较其差异.结果:不同人群接受营养健康教育后,均提高了营养知识水平,树立了正确的营养态度和理念,逐渐建立了科学合理的膳食行为习惯.提示营养健康教育在提高人们的营养知识水平、改变对营养的态度及其膳食行为方面起着重要作用.

Abstract:Objective:Comparing the KAP between healthy educated group and contrast group.Improving experience for organizing public healthy education,providing examples for developing public health education.Methods:Using current survey method and self made questionnaire to investigate health knowledge,attitude and meal behavior of patients,analysis the difference among them.Results:Any group who accepted healthy education has higher level of healthy acknowledge,better healthy concept and attitude.Moreover,they choose healthier meal and begin building healthier,more rational meal habit.Healthy education plays an important role in improving health acknowledge,attitude and meal habit of people.
