子宫平滑肌肉瘤中血管生成拟态现象及MMP-2蛋白的表达

目的 探讨血管生成拟态现象(vasculogenic mimicry VM)及MMP-2蛋白对子宫平滑肌肉瘤发生发展的影响.方法 应用免疫组化Elivision法及双染法分别检测35例子宫平滑肌肉瘤、20例子宫平滑肌瘤及20例正常子宫肌壁中VM及MMP-2蛋白的表达情况.结果 VM在予宫平滑肌肉瘤与正常子宫、子宫平滑肌瘤之间差别有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01).MMP-2在子宫平滑肌肉瘤与正常子宫、子宫平滑肌瘤之间差别均有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01).VM在子宫平滑肌肉瘤中与患者的年龄和肿瘤的大小相关(P＜0.05).MMP-2与患者的年龄、肿瘤的大小及核分裂的多少均无关.子宫平滑肌肉瘤中VM和MMP-2蛋白的表达没有相关性(P＞0.05).结论 VM和MMP-2蛋白在子宫平滑肌肉瘤的发生发展中可能起到了一定的作用.

The phenomenon of vasculogenic mimicry and expressions of MMP-2 and EphA2 proteins in the uterus leiomyosarcoma

Objective To explore whether the vasculogenic mimicry(VM) and MMP-2 proteins can influence the uterus leiomyosarcoma’s carcinogenesis.Methods Immunohistochemical Elivision method and two tone method were used to detect VM and expression of MMP-2 proteins in the 35 cases of uterus leiomyosarcoma and 20 cases of uterus leiomyoma and 20 cases of normal muscular wall.Results The expression rates of VM were significant difference in the uterus leiomyosarcoma and uterus leiomyoma or normal uterus muscular wall respectively(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of MMP-2 were significant difference in the uterus leiomyosarcoma and uterus leiomyoma or normal uterus muscular wall respectively(P<0.01).The expression rates of VM have correlation with the patient’s age and the tumor size in the uterus leiomyosarcoma(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of the MMP-2 have no relation with the tumor size,patients’ age and the number of caryokinesis in the uterus leiomyosarcoma(P>0.05).There were not association between the expression of VM and MMP-2 in the uterus leiomyosarcoma.Conclution The VM and MMP-2 may play a role in the carcinogenesis of the uterus leiomyosarcoma.
