| 摘 要： | 癌-睾丸抗原家族(Cancer testis antigens,CTAs)是一类能在多种肿瘤组织中表达,而睾丸、胎盘和胎儿卵巢以外的正常组织几乎不表达的抗原.这一表达特性使CTAs成为肿瘤免疫治疗的理想靶抗原.MAGE-C1/CT7 (melanoma antigen family C1)是CTAs家族中一个新的亚家族,近几年在肿瘤免疫领域研究较多.本文就MAGE-C1/CT7在肿瘤免疫方面的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Cancer testis antigens(CTAs)are new group of tumor-associated immunogenic antigens,they include expression restricted to testis,placentas,fetal ovarium and most cancers.Based on their almost presence in tumors and absence in almost all normal tissues,CTAs have become the ideal targets for vaccine-based immunotherapeutic strategies against cancer.MAGE-C1/CT7 is a new subfamily of CTAs.This article will introduce the research progress of MAGE-C1/CT7 in cancer immunotherapy. |
