妇产科临床教学中联合应用讨论式教学模式的效果评价

摘    要:在妇产科临床教学中联合应用以同题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)和以案例为基础(case-based learning,CBL)的讨论式教学,引导学生探索问题、发现问题、解决问题和增强思辨能力,在以问题为基础、以学生为中心的PBL基础上增加了教师的指导和参与,更适合中国医学生的特点和思维方法.首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院在临床实习教学中,序贯地联合应用PBL和CBL两种讨论式教学方法,实习结束后对医学生进行了考核,井结合同卷调查对教学效果进行评估.结果显示,联合应用讨论式教学模式对提高医学生的学习积极性、主动性和学习效果,培养医学生的临床工作综合能力均是可行有效的.实践证明,联合应用PBL和CBL两种讨论式教学方法,在以问题为基础、以学生为中心的基础上增加了教师的指导和参与,更适合中国医学生的特点和思维方法,具有一定的推广价值.

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching effect,we used problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based learning(CBL) teaching method to teach medical students in clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics.At the end of clinical practice,teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire survey.It turned out that the method increased the students’ motivation and initiatives for learning.The results showed that the discuses teaching methods was possible and effective,helpful to cultivating then clinical consciousness and comprehensive diathesis of medical students.These methods integrated the guidance and involvement of the teachers in the process of teaching process with the combination of the advantages of PBL with CBL.It improved the learning effect and developed the interns’ clinical thinking skill.From our practice,it is promising for this method to be popularized in gynecology and obstetric clinical practice.
