听觉中枢功能评价在听力言语康复中的应用

目的：探讨听觉中枢功能状态对听力语言康复的影响，分析交错扬扬格词试验在助听器选配中的作用。方法：实验选用患中重度感音性神经性耳聋老年人２５例，测试其纯音听阈、言语识别率和交错扬扬格词试验，为患者选配程控助听器后，测试其双耳声场助听下的竞争噪声言语得分，将竞争噪声言语测听结果与交错扬扬格词试验结果作对比分析。结果：老年人的交错扬扬格词试验得分较青年人高，总校正交错扬扬格词试验得分在６０～６９岁和７０～７９岁之间，男女性别间差异无显著性。总校正交错扬扬格词试验得分与言语识别率（信噪比为十１０）具有相关性。结论：老年人较普遍存在中枢听觉功能障碍，交错扬扬格调试验可预测助听效果，对确定助听器选配有重要的指导作用。

Evaluation of Central Auditory Function and Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation

Objective: To study the effects of central auditory function in hearing and speech rehabilitation and investigstethe relation between hearing aids fitting and Staggered Spondaic Word(SSW) test. Mithods:25 cases with bilateral moderate-severe sensorineural hearing loss were treated. Pure tone audiogram,speech recognition scores,SSW scores and noise com-peting speech recognition test were conducted. Results:The older adults with hearing loss evidence a decrease in responseaccuracy and an increase in response variability relative to previously reported staggered spondaic word(SSW) results Ob-tained from younger subjects.There were no significant correlation between the age groups of 60~69y and 70~79y, and nosignificant differences were found between sexes. C-SSW sores are correlated to speech recognition scores (signal-to-noiseratio, S/N = 10). Conclusion:The elderly with central auditory function disorders exists widely, and SSW test can predictaided effect.
