| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定三宝双喜胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用C18柱作为色谱柱,乙晴-水(26∶74)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,按外标法进行检测。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.0374~0.187μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 5;样品平均加样回收率为99.61%,RSD值为1.38%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为三宝双喜胶囊的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of icarrin in Sanbaoshuangxi Capsules.Methods HPLC method was established on C_(18) column with acetonitrile-water(26:74) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 270nm,the determination was carried out with the external standard method.Results The linear range of 0.037~0.187ug of icariin showed a good linear relationship(r=0.999 5) and the average recovery of added sample was 99.61% and RSD was 1.38%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be effectively used for the content determinated of icariin in Sanbaoshuangxi Capsules. |
