非小细胞肺癌患者血清和胸水CYFRA21-1检测的临床价值探讨

目的：探讨细胞角蛋白19(CYFRA21-1)检测对非小细胞肺癌、良恶性胸腔积液(以下简称胸液)的诊断价值。方法：采用免疫放射法(IRMA)测定62例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)、38例结核性胸膜炎患者血清和胸水的CYFRA21-1含量。结果：CYFRA21-1在两组胸水中的含量均明显高于血清含量；NSCLC组的胸水或血清CYFRA21-1含量分别显著高于结核性胸膜炎组的血清或胸水含量。结论：同时检测血清和胸水中CYFRA21-1水平，可提高CYFRA21-1对NSCLC的检出率。对NSCLC和良恶性胸液的诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效、预后均有较高的应用价值。

CLINIC VALUE THE MENSURATE OF CYFRA21-1 IN PATIENTS''''S SEURM AND THORACIC FLUID WITH NSCLC

Objective:To explore the value in determining the mensurate of CYFRA21-1 for NSCLC and benign-malignant thoracic fluid.Methods:Use IRMA to determine the concentration of CYFRA21-1 in 62 NSCLC and 38 tuberculo-pleurisy seurm and thoracic fluid. Results: The contents of CYFRA21-1 in thoracic fluid were higher then in seurm evidently in 2 groups. And The contents of CYFRA21-1 in thoracic fluid and seurm of NSCLC group were higher then tuberculo-pleurisy group.Conclusions:To determine the level of CYFRA21-1 in serum and thoracic fluid simultaneously may increase the ratio to determine NSCLC. And it has also more application values to determine and differentiate NSCLC and benign-malignant thoracic fluid,and in curative effect and prognosis.
