社区卫生服务需求调查研究

目的探讨社区建档居民健康状况及卫生需求。方法通过调查问卷对72户建档居民进行调研。结果居民对社区卫生服务需求是明确的,健康教育、定期健康检查、老年健康保健是最需要的,其次是老年病的康复指导、各种常见病的及时诊治。结论居民对社区服务的要求是理智的,而社区卫生服务尚未能迎合、满足这种需求,也未能发挥自身服务的特色。健康课堂仍是最受欢迎的社区促进方法。

Investigation on Health Service Demands of Dwellers in Fuxingmen Community

Objective To investigate the health statue and service demands of residents in Fuxingmen community.Methods The health statue and service demands of 72 dwellers with records of family medical treatment were investigated by questionnaire.Results The demands of dwellers for community health service was very straightforward.Health education,regular health examination and the old health care were the principal demands,and the old get-well guidance,diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases in time was the further requirement.Conclusions The selection of community dwellers for medical advice is based on a valid logic,but the community health services can not adapt to those requirement well at present.The health education classroom is still the important educational method.
