| 摘 要： | 目的:总结应用补片加强腹股沟后壁的平片法无张力疝修补术的临床效果。方法:采用平片法无张力疝修补即在疝囊高位结扎后在精索后方置入合适补片修补腹股沟管后壁。结果:33例病人术后5~7d痊愈出院,无并发症,随诊无一例复发。结论:平片法无张力疝修补术有无张力、复发率低、痛苦少、操作简单、费用低、并发症少等优点,是良好的修补腹股沟疝的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the clinical effect of lichtenstein on tension-free hernioplasty in strengthening back wall of inquinal canal.Method:Lichtenstein on tension-free hernioplasty means using lichtenstein to repair back wall.Result: a total of 33 cases were cured after 5 to 7 days.and the recurrences not occured.Conclusion:Lichtenstein tension-free herioplasty in treating inguinal hernia has some advantage of tension-free,no recurrences and less injury,quick and seldom complication. |
