| 摘 要： | 从经济学的角度，以“理性人”为假设前提，从患者成本人手，论述直接相关成本和非直接相关成本的形成机制。患者作为理性人，当其获得的总收益不足以弥补其付出的总成本时，医患间就存在摩擦，超过一定限度就会造成医患关系的紧张；就此提出缓解医患关系的措施。

| Abstract: | We discussed mechanism of producing direct and indirect cost of patient under the hypothesis of complete rationality from the economics perspective. When the gain patient gets can not make up his costs, patient will complain and doctorpatient relationship will worsen to a certain degree. Then we propose countermeasure to relax doctorpatient relationship. |
