结直肠癌及癌前病变组织中hMSH2的表达及意义

目的:探讨结直肠癌及癌前病变组织中hMSH2的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例结直肠癌和23例癌前病变组织中hMSH2的表达。结果:hMSH2蛋白在正常结直肠粘膜、轻度异型增生及中度+重度异型增生结直肠粘膜、早期结直肠癌、进展期结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为23.8%、16.7%、45.4%、81.8%、58.5%;hMSH2蛋白在早期结直肠癌的表达率明显高于轻度异型增生和正常结直肠粘膜(P<0.05)。hMSH2蛋白在早期结直肠癌的表达率稍高于进展期结直肠癌(P>0.05)。结论:hMSH2可能在结直肠癌发生中起重要作用,hMSH2蛋白表达可作为预测结直肠癌发生的早期诊断指标。

Expression and significance of hMSH2 in colorectal carcinoma and precancerous lesions

Objective ： To explore the expression and significance of hMSH2 in colorectal carcinoma and precancerous lesions . Methods：Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expression of hMSH2 in 52 colorectal carcinoma tissue specimens and 23 precancerous lesions. Results： The positive rates of hMSH2 protein were 23.8% ,16.7% ,45.4%,81.8%,58.5% in normal mucosa, slight dysplasia, moderate and severe dysplasia, early colorectal carcinoma and advanced cases, respectively. The positive rate of hMSH2 protein in early colorectal carcinoma was obviously higher than that in slight dysphasia and normal mucosa（P〈0. 05）. The positive rate of hMSH2 protein in early colorectal carcinoma was slightly higher than that in advanced colorectal carcinoma （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion： hMSH2 might play an important role in colorectal mucosal carcinogenesis. The expression of hMSH2 protein can be used as a marker to predict the occurrence of early colorectal carcinoma.
