| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微波辅助治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:155例分泌性性中耳炎患者随机分为微波治疗组和对照组进行疗效观察。结果:随访3～18个月,微波治疗组总有效率81.06%,对照组总有效率61.67%(P<0.05)。结论:微波可用于治疗分泌性中耳炎,其操作在直视下进行,简便,无创伤,是治疗分泌性中耳炎有效的辅助治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of flucticuli in the adjunctive treatment of secretory otitis media(SOM) Methods:155 patients with SOM were divided into two groups randomly:the control group and the flucticuli treatment group,and the statistics was used to compare the therapeutic effects of these two treatments.Results:The effective rate of flucticuli treatment group was 81.06%,which of the control group was 61.67%.The results of two groups also showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flucticuli could be applied on the treatment of SOM,which was proved to be convenient and no traumatic. |
