| 摘 要： | 观察60侧福尔马林灌注尸体的肩胛上神经行程、分支以及与三个固定点的关系(起点、肩胛上切迹、冈盂切迹)。根据尸体摹拟观察,讨论分析了冈下肌萎缩症,肩周痛与肩胛上神经在二个固定点受损伤的关系,从而为临床治疗提供了有意义的参考,并为此提出了治疗意见。

| Abstract: | We have observed the suprascapular nerve of 60 formalized cadavers to find out the anatomical peculearity of the suprascapular nerve, being related to the syndrome of this nerve. In this condition,the nerve injures could most possibly occur on the two points on the path of the nerve, i. e. the beginning. the suprascapular notch and the spinoglenoid notch. This may explain the atrophy of infraspinatus muscle and pain of acromioclavicular region. |
