EpoR表达与乳腺癌的浸润相关性研究

目的 :检测乳腺癌红细胞生成素受体 (Epo R)的表达与乳腺癌浸润性的关系。方法 :用Western印迹法检测 46例乳腺癌组织及其相邻非癌组织的 Epo R的表达 ,探讨其表达与浸润性的关系。结果 :6 0 .9% (2 8/ 46 )乳腺癌组织 Epo R表达阳性 ,其相邻非癌组织的 Epo R的表达率为 17.4% (8/ 46 )。32例 (78.2 % )浸润性乳腺癌组织中 2 5例表达 Epo R,14例 (2 1.4% )非浸润性乳腺癌组织中 3例表达 Epo R;Epo R阳性表达与其浸润性具有明显的相关性 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :乳腺癌组织可有 Epo R的表达 ;Epo R的表达与乳腺癌浸润性密切相关。

EPOR EXPRESSION RELATED TO TUMOR INVASION IN HUMAN BREAST CANCER

Objective:To investigate the relationship between expression of erythropoietin receptor (EpoR) and tumor invasion in clinical samples of human breast cancer.Methods:Western blot analysis were used for the expresson of EpoR,in order to clarify its relationship with tumor invasion,in 46 cases of patients suffering from breast cancer.Results:Twenty-eight cases of the clinical samples showed EpoR expression,although the density of EpoR expression was lower slightly,showing much higher positive rate comparing to the expression of their paired normal tissues,which showed lower level of EpoR expression only in eight samples. Within thirty-two invasive tissues,tweenty-five cases showed EpoR expression,meanwhile,only three out of fourteen non-invasive tissues showed EpoR expression.Conclusion:EpoR may play some roles in invasive behavior in human breast cancer.
