79例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者的联合治疗探讨

目的:比较联合治疗与传统治疗对扩张型心肌病合并充血性心力衰竭(DCM -CHF)患者的疗效。方法:将79例DCM -CHF患者随机分为二组,对照组用洋地黄类强心剂和利尿剂进行传统治疗,联合治疗组在传统治疗基础上加用卡托普利、倍他乐克。结果:二组有效率分别为71.87%与89.36 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,随访二年,联合治疗组1年、2年的复发率和病死率分别为2 7.6 6%、5 7.4 5 %和6 .38%、2 1.2 7% ,而对照组则为5 0 .0 0 %、87.5 0 %和2 5 .0 0 %、4 5 .87% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论:提示联合治疗DCM -CHF患者不仅可提高疗效,而且可降低复发率和病死率。

Study the Therapeatic Effect of the United Therapy to the 79 Congestive Heart Failuredilated Cardiomyopathy Patients

Objective:To compare the therapeatic effect between the united therapy and the traditional therapy to the congestive heart failure-dilated cardiomyopathy patients(DCM-CHF).Methods:the 79 patients of the DCM-CHF were divided into two groups at random The two groups were used the captopril and sorbitrate in addition.Results:the effects of the two groups are 71.87 % and 89.36 % separately.(p<0.05).Followed up two years the relapse rate and the death rate of one yesr or two years in the united therapeatic group are separately 27.66 %,57.45 % and 6.38 %,21.27 % in the control (that is the basical therapy group)are separately 50.00 %,87.50 %,52.00 %,46.87 %(P<0.05).Conculsions:the united therapy to the DCM-CHF patients not only rsise the effect but also reduce the rate of the relapse and death.
