| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨救治重型颅脑损伤合并创伤性湿肺患者的有效方法。【方法】回顾性分析本院23例重型颅脑损伤合并创伤性湿肺的病例，以及采取的相应诊断治疗措施。【结果】临床治愈16例，好转4例，死亡3例。【结论】救治该种合并伤患者，尽早诊断、早治疗，对降低伤残与死亡率有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the way for emergency management of patients with traumatic wet lung in severe brain injuries.Methods]Clinical data of 23 cases with traumatic wet lung in severe brain injury in our hospital were analysed retrospectively, the corresponding diagnosis and treatments studied.Results]Among total patients, 16 were cured, 4 improved,and 3 died.Conclusion]With regard to these cases, early diagnosis and early right effective treatments are very important to decrease the morbidity and mortality rates. |
