等幅正弦中频电流对急性低压缺氧小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨等幅正弦中频电疗法对急性低压缺氧引起的学习记忆障碍是否有保护作用。方法:72只小鼠随机分为4组:对照组,缺氧组,电疗组,电疗+缺氧组。用小鼠跳台、避暗实验法,观察各组小鼠学习记忆功能。用电镜观察急性低压缺氧及等幅正弦中频电疗后,脑皮质细胞形态学改变。结果:跳台实验与避暗实验表明:电疗法+缺氧组与缺氧组相比,错误次数(M)明显减少。等幅正弦中频电疗法可缓解因缺氧导致的神经元的核变形、核膜结构不光滑以及细胞器数量减少等现象。结论:等幅正弦中频电流的预防性治疗,可改善由低压缺氧造成的记忆功能损害,并对急性缺氧的脑神经元具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of uniform am plitude medium frequency sinusoidal electrotherapy on learning and memory impair ment induced by hypobaric hypoxia in mice. Methods Seventy two mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, hypoxia group (exposed to 8 000 m for 30 min), electrotherapy group, electrotherapy hypoxia group. T he step-down test and step-through test were used to evaluate the ability of l earning and memory. The histopathological changes of mice brain after electrothe rapy and hypoxia were observed by electron microscope. Results The step-down test and step-through test indicated that the mistakes in elec trotherapy hypoxia group were significantly less than those in hypoxia group, while the ultrastructure changes of mice brain in electrotherapy hypoxia grou p were alleviated as compared with those in hypoxia group. Conclusion It is suggested that prophylactic uniform amplitude medium frequency sin usoidal electrotherapy could alleviate the learning and memory impairment as we ll as ultrastructure changes of brain neuron induced by acute hypoxia.
