| 摘 要： | 目的：研究小鼠双倍微体基因（MDM2）、P53及P21在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测MDM2、P53及P21在69例胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果：69例胃癌组织中MDM2、P53及P21的阳性表达分别为44.93%、59.42%及36.23%,69例癌旁胃黏膜组织中MDM2、P53及P21的阳性表达分别为10.14%、0及89.86%,3种标记在上述2组中的阳性表达均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。MDM2、P53表达阳性率在高级别组胃癌中高于低级别组（P〈0.05）,P21表达阳性率在低级别组胃癌中高于高级别组（P〈0.05）;P53及P21表达与TNM分期有关（P〈0.05）。结论：MDM2、P53及P21表达与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,检测MDM2、P53及P21在胃癌中的表达有助于判断胃癌的病理分级。
