异丙酚联合舒芬太尼在无痛胃镜检查中的应用

目的 研究异丙酚联合舒芬太尼在胃镜检查中麻醉效果及安全性.方法 60例行胃镜检查的患者按随机数字法分为对照组(n=30)和麻醉组(n=30).对照组静脉注射芬太尼1μg/ks、咪达唑仑1 mg和异丙酚(1.5 mg/kg)行麻醉诱导;麻醉组静脉注射舒芬太尼0.1μg/kg、咪唑安定(1 mg)和异丙酚(1.5mg/kg)行麻醉诱导;2组患者意识消失后进行胃镜检查.2组患者在胃镜检查中均观察血压、心率、血氧饱和度、清醒时间、呼吸暂停、低氧血症、心动过缓、低血压等术中并发症的发生率.结果 麻醉组心率和血压与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组血氧饱和度和苏醒时间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).对照组呼吸暂停发生率明显高于麻醉组(P<0.05);而麻醉组低氧血症、心动过缓、低血压发生率和苏醒时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 异丙酚联合舒芬太尼进行胃镜检查是一种安全、有效、无痛苦的胃镜检查方法 .

Propofol combined with sufentanil in painless gastroscopy

Objective To research the effect and safety of propofol anesthesia with sufentanil during gastroscopy. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n = 30)and anesthesia group(n =30). In control group , Fentanyl 1 ug/kg, Midazolam 1 mg,propofol 1.5 mg/kg were given intravenously slowly. In anesthesia group , sufentanii (0. 1 ng/kg), Midazolam 1 mg,propofol 1.5 mg/kg were given intravenous-ly slowly. The patients were performed gastroscopy in unconscious status. BP,HR and SpO2, sober time, apnea, hypoxemia, bradycardia and hypotension during operation were observed. Results HR and BP were lower in anes-thesia group than those in control group (P < 0. 05). There was not remarkable difference in SpO2 and sober times (P > 0.05) between beth groups. Compared with control group, apnea increased in anesthesia group. There was not remarkable difference of hypoxemia, bradycardia, low blood pressure, recovery time (P > 0. 05) between beth groups. Conclusion Gastroscopy can be achieved successfully with propofol combined with sufentanil.
