经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗手部的观察及护理

目的 探讨减少经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者不适及严重并发症的护理方法。方法 对105例患者按常规方法进行桡动脉穿刺及冠状动脉造影及介入治疗。术前、术中、术后进行针对性的心理护理及观察术侧上肢的皮肤颜色、血氧饱合度、腕围变化等方面的护理。结果 所有病例均顺利完成介入诊疗手术，术后1例患者发生术侧上肢肿胀明显，经减压、抬高手臂或上举及拆除包扎后得到改善，无一例手部发生缺血性坏死及其他并发症。结论 有针对性地观察和预防性的护理，对于减少经桡动脉途径进行冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者明显不适及防止严重并发症的发生起到了不可缺少的作用，可以提高护理质量。

Observation and nursing for patients with coronary artery interveutional therapy through radial artery

Objective To study the nursing method of reducing the discomfort and sever complication forpatients with patients with coronary artery interventional therapy through radial artery.Methods 105patients(male 70 cases,female 35 cases) were selected and treated with routine radial artery puncture,coronary artery radiography and interventiOnal therapy.Psychological nursing and observing of upperlimbs skin color,saturation oxygen and bowl circumference were conducted before,during and afteroperation.Results all of those patients has completed the intervenfional therapy.One case has upper limbswell after operation,and improved after decompression,upraise arm and striping bandaging.No armischemic necrosis and complication were found.Conclusions Targeted observation and preventive nursingwill reduce the discomfort and complication for patients with coronary artery interventional therapythrough radial artery.It's will be helpful in hnproving nursing quality and valuable popularizing.
