肺癌MMP-2和TIMP-1的表达及其与临床分期和转移的关系

①目的探讨MMP-2及其抑制剂TIMP-1在人肺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移、TNM分期和病理分型的关系采取免疫组织化学的方法检测138例肺癌组织中的MMP-2和TIMP-1表达。③结果MMP-2蛋白的表达与肺癌的病理分大小无关，而与TNM分期及淋巴结转移均有显著关系．而TIMP-1蛋白表达与肺癌的肿瘤大小、TNM分期及淋巴结转移均有关，的病理类型无关。④结论MMP-2和TIMP-1的表达与肺癌淋巴结转移与TNM分期密切相关，可作为判断肺癌转移和预后的。②方法类及肿瘤但与肺癌指标。

Expression of MMP -2 and TIMP - 1 and the correlation with clinical stages and metastasis in lung carcinoma patients

Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-1 in lung carcinoma and the correlation with lymph node metastasis,TNM stages,size of tumor and pathologic types.Methods The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 138 cases of lung carcinoma were detected with SP immunohistochemical staining method.Results The expression of MMP-2 was not correlated with pathologic classification and size of tumor,but which was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages in lung carcinoma.The expression of TIMP-1 was correlated with size of tumor,TNM classification and lymph node metastasis,but which was not correlated with pathologic classification in lung carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-1 were closely correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM classification carcinoma,which mould serve as a parameter for determing tumor metastasis and prognosis in lung carcinoma.
