六味地黄丸治疗颈性眩晕症80例

目的:探讨六味地黄丸治疗颈性眩晕症的临床疗效。方法:将160例颈性眩晕证患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各80例,两组病人住院均行常规检查,均用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用六味地黄丸改汤方。结果:两组患者症状和体征均得到改善,治疗组优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:六味地黄丸加味治疗颈性眩晕症取得较好效果,值得临床应用推广。

Treating 80 cases of cervical vertigo with Liuwei Dihuang pills

Objective: To investigate the clinical observation of Liuwei Dihuang pills in treating cervical vertigo. Methods: 160 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, 80 cases for each; two groups of patient underwent a routine examination with conventional western medicine treatment, the treated group was given Liuwei Dihuang pills decoction recipe also. Results: Two groups of patients with symptoms and signs were improved, the treated group was better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang pills were effective in treating cervical vertigo, worthy of clinical application.
