1354例孕妇乙肝病毒标志物检测结果分析

目的了解孕妇这一特殊人群乙肝病毒感染状况,分析孕妇HBsAg的阳性率,采取相应的防治措施,保障母婴健康和安全。方法采用酶联免疫法检测1354名孕妇血清学中HBsAg、HBsAb、HBeAg、HBeAb、HBcAb5项乙肝标志物,并对结果进行分析统计。结果乙肝标志物中出现12种模式,HBsAb373例,占27.54%,HBsAg阳性者192例,占14.18%,而大三阳孕妇有54例,占3.99%;乙肝小三阳93例,占6.87%;HBsAb阳性者373例,占27.55%。结论感染HBV的孕妇,应早诊断早治疗。

In 1354 pregnant women with hepatitis B virus marker detection result analysis

Objective To pregnant women about this special population situation of hepatitis B virus infection in pregnant women,the positive rate of HBsAg,corresponding prevention measures,protect the mother and child health and safety.Methods Using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection of 1354 pregnant women in HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg in serum,HBeAb,HBcAb5 hepatitis B markers,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The serum markers of hepatitis B virus in 12 models,373 cases of HBsAb,27.54%,HBsAg was positive in 192 cases,accounting for 14.18%,and the pregnant women of 54 cases,accounting for 3.99%;second small liver Sanyang in 93 cases,accounting for 6.87%;373 cases were HBsAb positive,27.55%.Conclusion HBV infection in pregnant women,should be early diagnosis and treatment.
