深圳入境旅客西尼罗病毒血清流行病学调查

目的:调查深圳入境旅客西尼罗病毒的感染情况,探讨该病毒合适的检测技术,初步对入境旅客传入该病的风险进行评估。方法:采用基于入境旅客的血清流行病学调查方法(现况调查),以ELISA检测法检测目标人群血清特异性IgM及IgG抗体,检出阳性则进一步以荧光RT-PCR检测病毒核酸以确诊,以此评估入境旅客的感染情况。结果:共收集到口岸截获发热旅客的血清154份,入境体检旅客血清293份。发热旅客WNV-IgG阳性率为31.8%,体检旅客WNV-IgG阳性率为36.5%.对抗体检测阳性血清进行荧光RT-PCR检测,未发现阳性病例。结论:所调查的入境旅客中,西尼罗病毒特异性IgG总体阳性率为38.9%,群体免疫水平较高,西尼罗热通过旅客传入我国的风险较低。

Seroepidemiology investigation on west Nile virus among international travelers in Shenzhen

Objective:To investigate the infection status of west Nile virus among international travelers in Shenzhen,discuss the optimized detection technology for this virus and make risk assessment on epidemic of this virus introduced by inbound travelers.Methods: Serum samples of travelers were collected from January 2009 to December 2010,and epidemiological information and detection data were analyzed.Sero-epidemiological survey has been deployed to the inbound travelers.ELISA test has been used to detect serum specific IgM and IgG on the target group.If the ELISA test result was positive,then a RT-PCR assay was applied for a further diagnosis.Results: A total of 447 serum samples were collected,in which 293 samples were from medical examinations on travelers,and 154 samples were from quarantined travelers.The positive rates of WNV-IgG were 36.4% for medical examined travelers and 31.8% for quarantined travelers.None of the samples was positive in WNV-IgM and RT-PCR tests.Conclusion: The total positive rate of WNV-IgG was 38.9% in the investigated travelers,which implied a rather high herd immunity level among the travelers,and it may cut down the risk of introducing WNV through international travelers.
