碘伏联合维生素B12治疗放射性口腔炎的临床效果观察

目的探讨碘伏联合维生素B12混合液用于放射性口腔炎的治疗效果。方法将45例肿瘤放疗患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组23例。分别用碘伏联合维生素B12混合液和泰胜漱口液漱口，比较两组病人口腔粘膜炎的病程，疼痛缓解及体重的变化情况。结果实验组与对照组在口腔愈合时间上存在显著差异（P〈0．01）；对口腔炎引起的疼痛有明显缓解作用，碘伏联合维生素B12混合液对放射口腔炎的疗效明显优于常规的对症治疗。

Observation of therapeutic efficacy of iodophors with vitamin B12 for stomatitis caused by radiotherapy

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of iodophors combine with vitamin B12 for stomatitis caused by radiotherapy. Methods 45 cancer patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided to 2 groups, 22 patients for treatment group and 23 patients for control group. The treatment group was treated with iodophors with vitamin B12 and the control group with TAISEN collutory. The course of the stomatitis, the easement of pain and the weight change were observed. Results The heal time of the stomatitis for two group was significant different （P〈0. 01）. Iodophors with vitamin B12 could significantly relieve of the pain caused by stomatitis. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of iodophors with vitamin B12 mixed for stomatitis caused by radiotherapy is better than that of convention treatment.
