| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振成像在颈动脉体瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的8例颈动脉体瘤的MRI表现,复习文献并分析1例误诊原因。结果7例术前诊断符合病理结果,1例误诊为神经源性肿瘤。8例病变均位于颈总动脉分叉处。MRI表现为等T1WI、稍高T2WI为主的混杂信号,瘤体内见流空血管影,其中6例行增强扫描,瘤体呈显著不均匀强化,5例行MRA检查,表现为颈动脉分叉角扩大。结论颈动脉体瘤具有一定的特征性磁共振表现,对颈动脉体瘤诊断有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the application values of MRI in diagnosis of carotid body tumor.Methods:The MRI features of 8 cases of carotid body tumor confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed, reviewed the literature and misdiagnostic causes.Results:7 cases and another case were misdiagnosed to be neurogenic tumour. All 8 cases were located at the level of carotid artery bifurcation. All cases showed iso-intensity signal in T_1WI and uneven slightly-high-intensity signal on T_2WI,flow void was seen in tumor body. 6 cases were uneven enhanced significantly after gadolinium administration, and 5 cases showed enlarged carotid artery bifurcation in MRA.Conclusion:Carotid body tumors have characteristic MRI findings, and MRI has higher diagnostic value in carotid body tumor. |
