| Abstract: | Conclusions The authors conclude that topical hydrocortisone vaginal suppositories are a valuable addition to the therapeutic armamentarium for vulvovaginal lichen planus, a therapeutic alternative to systemic, often toxic, immunosuppressive anti-inflammatory therapy. |
