218例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病血糖及电解质的检测及临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的血糖、血电解质的变化及临床意义。方法:对徐州市中心医院儿科2006年1月-2008年12月收治的218例缺血缺氧性脑病患儿和180例正常新生儿(对照组)进行血糖、血电解质检测。结果:缺血缺氧性脑病组患儿平均血糖明显高于对照组;缺血缺氧性脑病组患儿平均血钙、血钠明显低于对照组;不同程度缺血缺氧性脑病组之间血糖、血钙、血钠的平均值有差异;重度缺血缺氧性脑病血糖异常及血电解质紊乱发生率与轻、中度缺血缺氧性脑病相比差异也有统计学意义。结论:缺血缺氧性脑病患儿易发生糖代谢紊乱及电解质紊乱,并且与病情轻重程度具有明显相关性。检测血糖及电解质的变化对缺血缺氧性脑痛的治疗和预后有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the values of blood glucose and electrolyte levels in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and their clinical significance. Methods: Two hundred and eighteen neonates with HIE and 180 normal neonates (control group)who were admitted into Xuzhou Central Hospital from Jan 2006 to December 2008 were selected and their blood glucose and electrolyte levels were detected. Results: The average blood glucose level was significantly higher in HIE neonates than that in control group ; the average blood calcium and sodium levels were significantly lower in HIE neonates than those in control group. There was a significant difference in the average blood glucose, calcium, and sodium levels among the HIE subgroups of various severities. The difference was significant in the frequency of the abnormal blood glucose and electrolyte disorder among the severe HIE group and mild and moderate HIE groups. Conclusion : The HIE neonates often has abnormal blood glucose and electrolyte disorder. The disorder degree of blood glucose and electrolyte levels is closely related with the severity of the disease. Detection of blood glucose and electrolyte is important for the treatment and prediction of prognosis of HIE.
