| 摘 要： | 目的:评价胱抑素C与超敏C-反应蛋白对2型糖尿病早期肾损害的诊断意义。方法:对60例正常对照者,70例无并发症的2型糖尿病者和56例2型糖尿病早期肾损害者分别进行胱抑素C与超敏C-反应蛋白的检测。结果:2型糖尿病早期肾损害组的胱抑素C与超敏C-反应蛋白的值均高于正常对照组和无并发症的2型糖尿病组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胱抑素C及血清超敏C-反应蛋白是糖尿病早期肾损害敏感指标,联合检测对及时准确地诊断糖尿病早期肾损害有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosis meaning of combined measuring of serum cystatin C（ Cys C） and high - sensitivity C - reactive proteln（hs - CRP） in early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus（TzDM）. Method Levels of serum Cys C and hs - CRP in 186 subjects were mesured. There were 60 cases normal control,70 cases with T2DM without complications,55 cases with diabetic nephropathy. Results The levels of serum Cys C and hs - CRP in diabetic nephropathy group is higher than normal control group and T2 DM without complications group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cya C and hs - CRP may be used as sensitive parameters of diagnosing early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Combined detection has more practical value. |
