无功能肾微创治疗的临床改进(附102例分析)

目的:探讨102例上尿路梗阻所导致的无功能肾微创治疗的疗效。方法:回顾性分析102例患者在B超引导下经皮肾穿刺引流1～2周后,视肾功能恢复情况进行微创气压弹道及钬激光碎石。结果:100例保留肾脏且功能全部或部分恢复,仅2例行肾脏切除术。结论:输尿管梗阻引起的绝大多数无功能肾仍具有一定的功能,术前肾造瘘可正确评估肾功能恢复情况,EMS四代气压弹道碎石机具有损伤小、手术时间短、结石清除率较高、并发症少等优点。

Minimally invasive treatment of norfunctioning kidney clinical improvement(a report of 102 cases)

Objective To investigate 102 cases of upper urinary tract obstruction caused by the non-functioning renal effects of minimally invasive treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 patients in B-guided percutaneous drainage in 1 to 2 weeks,depending on the recovery of renal function minimally invasive pneumatic and holmium laser lithotripsy.Results 100 cases to retain all or part of the kidney and the functional recovery,only two routine nephrectomy.Conclusion The vast majority of ureteral obstruction caused by non-functioning kidney still has some function,surgery nephrostomy before recovery of renal function can be correctly assessed the situation,EMS fourth generation lithotripsy machine with less damage,shorter operative time,stone clearance rate higher,less complications.
