某高校教职工缺血性心血管病年轻化的原因分析及对策

目的: 针对缺血性心血管病年轻化的现状,寻找原因,加以分析并提出对策.方法: 采用北京某高校教职工体检不同年龄段脂代谢异常数据、体质量指数数据和226份无记名生活行为危险因素问卷调查进行分析.结果: 45～54岁年龄段教职工血脂异常人数多于其他年龄段;体质量指数>24的人数也较其他年龄段明显增多;缺乏运动、不健康饮食、工作压力大等问题也较突出.结论: 中青年知识分子不健康的生活行为方式导致肥胖、高脂血症、动脉硬化和心脑血管事件高发.

The cause of anoxemia cardiovascular disease occurring in younger age and its solution
