| 摘 要： | 探讨化疗过程职业安全问题对护士的影响,发现化疗过程中存在以下问题:护士职业安全认识不足,防护措施不够完善,环境准备不够.提出相应对策为加强职业安全教育,执行各项防护措施,强化环境准备,严格遵守配制和准备抗肿瘤药物的操作规程.

| Abstract: | Investigated professional safety of nurses dursing praperation of chemotherapy drugs and found out following problems:the knowledge of professional safety was not recognized by nursing staff,protection interventions were not carried out and the environment was not well prepared.To develop relatire strategies:giving professional safety education,carrying out protecting procedures,improving environment preparation and performing regulation of confecting anticancer drug. |
