| 摘 要： | 目的研究2型糖尿病患者与健康个体之间肠道双歧杆菌是否存在差异。方法收集50例2型糖尿病患者和30例健康志愿者的粪便样品,提取样品中细菌总DNA,根据细菌的16SrRNA序列设计双歧杆菌总菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌的属种特异性引物,并应用实时荧光定量PCR技术对两组人群粪便样品中的以上细菌进行定量检测和分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者组肠道双歧杆菌总菌和青春双歧杆菌的数量较健康对照组均显著减少(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者肠道双歧杆菌数量减少。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the changes in fecal Bifidobacterium species in patients with type 2 diabetes in comparison with healthy individuals.Methods The bacterial DNA were extracted from the fecal samples from 50 type 2 diabetic patients and 30 healthy individuals.Real-time quantitative PCR was employed to determine the copy numbers of the bacteria in the fecal samples using 16S rRNA-targeted genus-and species-specific PCR primers for a selected group of fecal Bifidobacterium species including total Bifidobacterium,B.longum,B.breve,B.adolescentis,and B.infantis.Results The diabetic group had significantly lower copy numbers of total Bifidobacterium and B.adolescentis compared to the healthy individuals(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients have a lowered number of Bifidobacterium species in the gut microflora. |
