小儿热性惊厥脑电地形图与电解质的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨小儿热性惊厥脑电地形图与电解质变化关系。方法:对54例符合诊断标准的热性惊厥患儿(FC组)和50例发热无惊厥患儿(对照组)进行脑电地形图检查及血清钠浓度测定并统计分析。结果:FC组脑电地形图异常率高于对照组,血钠浓度明显低于对照组,FC组中复杂性热性惊厥与单纯性热性惊厥比较,脑电地形图异常率及血钠浓度降低均有显著差异。结论:低血钠与FC发作有密切关系,脑电地形图与FC预后有关,通过观察两者变化,及时控制与阻止FC复发,减轻脑组织损害。

Abstract:Objective :To study the relationship between BEAM and the electrolyte change in children with febrile convulsion. Method : The BEAM and the concentrations of natrium of 54 children with FC (FC group) and 50 febrile children without convulsion( control group)were examined and statistically analyzed. Result: the abnormal rate of BEAM was higher than that of control group, the concentrations of natrium in FC group were obviously lower than that of the control group ; there was a significant difference between the changes of the BEAM abnormal rate and the concentrations of natrium in group of comphex FC and group of simple FC. Conclusion:The attack of FC was closely related with the concentrations of natrium, the prognosis of FC was related with the BEAM, Through observes both change, controls and prevents the FC recovery promptly so reduce the harm of brain organization.
