三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除与传统手术疗效比较

目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）与传统开腹胆囊切除术（OC）的疗效。方法对近3年我院的胆囊切除术的病例进行回顾性研究，根据手术发发将患者分为LC组（71例）和OC组（56例），比较两组患者的切口大小、手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、并发症的发生率等。结果两组手术均获得成功，无胆漏、无感染。LC组患者的手术时间、切口长度、术中出血、住院天数、并发症的发生率明显低于OC组（P〈0．05）。结论LC手术创伤小、术后恢复快。只要掌握好适应证，没有显示出比传统手术更多的并发症，是胆囊切除的首选方式。

Clinical contrast study between laparoscopic cholecystectomy and conventional open cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with conventional open cholecystectomy. Methods To analyse laparoscopic choleeystectomy（71 cases,group A） ,conventional open cholecystectomy（56 cases,group B） regarding to length of incision, time of operation（rain） , amount of intraoperative bleeding（ mL）, time of hospitalizalion（ d ） and incidence rate of concurreny. Results The two groups were successful surgery,no bile leakage, non -infected. There are significance differences between LC and OC in length of incision, time of operation （min） , amount of intraoperative bleeding（mL） , time of hospitalizalion （d） and incidence rate of concurreny （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion LC is the first selection because of it＇s minimal invasive, quickly recover and lower incidence rate of concurreny.
