莫邦防治化疗药物性肝损伤临床观察

目的观察莫邦（复方甘草酸单铵S）在防治肿瘤化疗引起的药物性肝损伤中的作用。方法将117例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为加复方甘草酸单铵S保肝治疗组59例，单纯化疗组58例，2周后复查肝功能，肝功能异常者，再行保肝治疗7d。结果同步保肝治疗组（A组）肝损伤发生率18．64％（11／59）；单纯化疗组（B组）肝损伤发生率39．66％（23／58）。肝功能异常者经保肝治疗后A组7例显效，3例有效，有效率90．91％（10／11）；B组15例显效，5例有效，有效率86．96％（20／23）。两组药物性肝损伤发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方甘草酸单铵s能预防、治疗肿瘤化疗引起的药物性肝损伤，保证了化疗周期按时、按量进行。

Effect of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhetate S In Preventing and Curing Hepatic Injury Caused by Chemotherapy

Objective To observe the prevention and therapy function of compound ammonium glyeyrrhetate S for hepatic injury caused by ehemotherapy. Methods 117 eases with chemotherapy were divided into group A （59 eases） and group B （58 eases） randomly. The group A was treated with compound ammonium glyeyrrhetate S and chemotherapy; the group B was treated with chemotherapy only. Hepatic function was detected in both groups after 2 weeks. Those eases with abnormal hepatic function were treated with compound ammonium glyeyrrhetate S for another 7 days. Results Incidence rate of hepatic injury was 18.64% in group A and 39.66% in group B,respectively（P 〈 0.05）. 7 days after the treatment using compound ammonium glyeyrrhetate S for those eases with abnormal hepatic function, the effeetive rate of liver function improvement was 90.91% in group A and 86.96% in group B, respeetively. Conclusion Compound ammonium glyeyrrhetate S is effective and reliable in preventing and curing hepatic injury caused by chemotherapy,and can ensure the success of the whole process of chemotherapy for patients.
