| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骨盆骨折合并严重多发伤的早期救治特点。方法：回顾性分析2001年1月—2006年6月收治的26例骨盆骨折合并多发伤入住SICU病房患者的病例资料，总结其伤情及抢救要点。结果：经休克复苏，多学科协同治疗，治愈17例，死亡9例。结论：对骨盆骨折合并严重多发性创伤患者，应重视颅脑、胸腹脏器、泌尿生殖系等合并伤的诊断，有效控制大出血和多学科协同治疗是抢救的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of emergent treatment of pelvic fracture combined with severe multi - trauma. Methods We reviewed the 26 cases with pelvic fracture combined with severe multi- trauma in the department of SICU from 2001 to 6, 2006. The injury and emergent treatment features of the patients were studied. Results By effective recruitment of shock and cooperation treatment among multiple departments, 17 patients were cured, the other 9 patients died. Conclusion Diagnosis of the associated injury, control of hemorrhage, cooperation among multiple departments are the key to enhance the survival rate of patients with pelvic fracture combined with severe multi- trauma, |
