TURP治疗前列腺增生临床疗效观察

目的：观察经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取行TURP手术治疗的1000例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象，观察临床疗效。结果在最大尿流率方面，术前为（7.0±2.3）mL/s，术后为（14.1±3.3）mL/s，差异显著（P〈0.05）；在残余尿量方面，术前为（146.7±44.3）mL，术后为（29.7±25.3）mL，差异明显；共有160例患者出现术后并发症，死亡1例。结论 TURP治疗前列腺增生，不仅创伤小、失血少，而且恢复周期较短。手术操作水平是患者疗效的主要影响因素之一，有待进一步提高。

BPH clinical efficacy TURP

Objective To observe the clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia TURP;Methods OK TURP surgery 1000 cases of BPH patients for the study, clinical efficacy. Results The maximum flow rate, the value of preoperative （7.0 ±2.3）mL/s, after the value （14.1 ±3.3） mL/s,P〈0.05;in residual urine volume terms, the preoperative value （146.7 ±44.3）mL, after the value （29.7 ±25.3）mL; total of 160 patients had postoperative complications, and 1 died. Conclusion For the purposes of the clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, TURP belong to one of the most advanced treatment measures, not only trauma, less blood loss and a shorter recovery period, but its operative level to be further improved, which is the treatment of difficulties and key.
