股骨逆行交锁髓内钉钉治疗股骨远端C型骨折

目的：总结应用股骨逆行交锁髓内钉（GSH钉）治疗股骨远端C型骨折的经验。方法：回顾分析25例股骨远端C型骨折手术治疗的临床资料。按AO／ASIF分类：C1型5例，C2型12例，C3型8例，均采用GSH钉治疗。结果：随访9～24个月，按Kolmert和Wulff的评价标准，优11例，良8例，可4例，差2例，优良率为76％。X线测量发现主钉滑移均小于2mm。结论：GSH钉是治疗股骨远端C型骨折有效、良好的内固定方法，可用于部分C3型骨折。

Surgical Treatment of Distal Femoral Type C Fractures with GSH Retrograde Supracondylar Nail

Objective:To summary the data of surgical treatment of distal femoral type C fractures with GSH retrograde supra-condylar nail. Methods: A retrospective study was done on the clinical data of 25 patients with distal femoral type C fractures. According to AO classification : 5 cases belonged to type C1, 12 to type C2 and 8 to type C3. GSH nail were applied to all the patients. Results: The 9-24 months follow up data showed that 11 cases were excellent, 8 good and 6 poor with an excellent rate of 76%. The distance of nail movement was less than 2mm. Conclusion: GSH nail is effective for distal femoral type C fractures, and also can be partly applied to type C3 fractures.
