| 摘 要： | 目的探讨按Brunnstrom分期强化运动疗法预防脑卒中偏瘫后膝过伸的疗效。方法随机将60例早期脑卒中偏瘫患者分为2组,治疗组30例除常规运动疗法外并按Brunnstrom分期针对引起膝过伸的众多环节因素强化运动疗法进行预防性训练,对照组30例仅进行常规运动疗法治疗,治疗3个月后对2组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果 2组患者膝过伸的发生率比较,对照组明显高于治疗组（P〈0.05）;2组患者的Holden功能性行走分类评分,与治疗前比较均提高（P〈0.05）,2组治疗后的Holden功能性行走分类评分比较,治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论按Brunnstrom分期强化运动疗法预防脑卒中偏瘫后膝过伸疗效明显,值得推广。
