| 摘 要： | 目的研究轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥（BICE）的临床表现、实验室检查及治疗。方法收集保定市儿童医院BICE患儿32例,对其发生情况、临床表现和实验室检查结果进行了分析研究。结果惊厥发作27例呈全身强直-阵挛性发作,5例呈部分性发作泛化为全面性发作;血清电解质及血糖结果正常,脑脊液常规、生化检查正常;头颅影像学检查正常;发作间期24 h动态脑电图21例轻度异常。结论 BICE惊厥以3日内发作最为常见;轮状病毒为主要致病原;发作期所有脑电图均起源于局部,随后向全导泛化,考虑惊厥发作形式可能为部分性发作泛化为全面性发作;绝大多数患儿预后良好。
