Tanc1基因在乳腺癌中差异表达的初步研究

摘    要:目的探讨Tancl基因表达与乳腺癌的关系。方法利用生物信息学,从GenBank的乳腺癌表达文库中筛选出Tancl基因,通过半定量RT-PCR法检测25例乳腺癌组织、11例癌旁正常组织和6例乳腺病变组织中Tancl基因表达情况,探讨Tanc1基因在乳腺癌组织、癌旁正常组织、乳腺良性增生组织的表达差异。结果52%(13/25)乳腺癌患者Tanc1mRNA在癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.016)。66.7%(4/6)良性增生乳腺患者Tanc1rnRNA在病变组织中表达高于正常组织,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论Tancl的表达与乳腺癌的发生有关,有望成为新的乳腺癌分子标志物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association betweeen the expression of Tanc1 gene and breast cancer. Methods Tanc 1 gene was identified from the genebank of breast cancer by bioinformation. The expressions of Tancl gene were determined by RT-PCR in 25 cases of breast cancer, 11 cases of normal tissue and 6 cases of innocent tumor. Results The expression of Tancl mRNA in 52%(13/25) breast cancer cases was significantly higher than that in normal tissue cases(P=0.016). The expression of Tancl mRNA in 66.7%(4/6) innocent tumor cases was significantly higher than that in normal tissue cases(P=0.028).Conclusion The findings suggested that the expression of Tancl gene be associated with the occurrence of breast cancer and it might be a noval marker of breast cancer.
