Tanc1基因在乳腺癌中差异表达的初步研究

目的探讨Tancl基因表达与乳腺癌的关系。方法利用生物信息学，从GenBank的乳腺癌表达文库中筛选出Tancl基因，通过半定量RT-PCR法检测25例乳腺癌组织、11例癌旁正常组织和6例乳腺病变组织中Tancl基因表达情况，探讨Tanc1基因在乳腺癌组织、癌旁正常组织、乳腺良性增生组织的表达差异。结果52％（13／25）乳腺癌患者Tanc1mRNA在癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织，差别具有统计学意义（P=0．016）。66．7％（4／6）良性增生乳腺患者Tanc1rnRNA在病变组织中表达高于正常组织，差别具有统计学意义（P=0．028）。结论Tancl的表达与乳腺癌的发生有关，有望成为新的乳腺癌分子标志物。

Preliminary studies of differential expression of Tanc1 gene in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the association betweeen the expression of Tanc1 gene and breast cancer. Methods Tanc 1 gene was identified from the genebank of breast cancer by bioinformation. The expressions of Tancl gene were determined by RT-PCR in 25 cases of breast cancer, 11 cases of normal tissue and 6 cases of innocent tumor. Results The expression of Tancl mRNA in 52%（13/25） breast cancer cases was significantly higher than that in normal tissue cases（P=0.016）. The expression of Tancl mRNA in 66.7%（4/6） innocent tumor cases was significantly higher than that in normal tissue cases（P=0.028）.Conclusion The findings suggested that the expression of Tancl gene be associated with the occurrence of breast cancer and it might be a noval marker of breast cancer.
