| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后芬太尼硬膜外自控镇痛（PCEA）对产后生理的影响。方法选择400例硬膜外麻醉剖宫产的产妇,自愿选择PCEA组200例,术毕硬膜外导管连接PCEA芬太尼混合液装置,对照组200例不用PCEA,术后6h肌肉注射杜非合剂半量。观察镇痛效果及产后生理恢复情况。结果 2组术后24h镇痛效果差异和24h哺乳次数有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,但产后出血、子宫复旧情况及排气时间长短无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产后PCEA芬太尼镇痛效果确切,促进母乳喂养成功实施,不增加产后出血量,有利于产后恢复,值得推广。
