中青年与老年蛛网膜下腔出血临床特点

目的观察中青年人与老年人蛛网膜下腔出血不同特征。方法将实验对象分为中青年组及老年组,比较分析研究2组在发病诱因、主要病因、临床症状及体征、预后等的各自特点,尤其老年人不典型性特点。应用统计学软件SPSS11.0进行统计分析,计量资料以（—x±s）表示,用χ2检验,疗效比较采用Ridit分析与χ2检验。结果 2组诱发因素比较有统计学意义,P〈0.01或P〈0.05。2组主要发病病因比较有统计学意义,P〈0.01或P〈0.05。2组主要症状与体征比较有统计学意义,P〈0.01或P〈0.05。2组预后比较老年组死亡率及并发症较中青年组多,有统计学意义,P〈0.01。结论中青年组和老年组在诱因、病因、症状体征及预后存在差异,有各自特征。

Clinical characteristics analysis about young and middle-aged and elderly subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To observe the SAII different features in the young and middle-aged and the elderly.Methods The groups were divided into randomly the young and middle-aged and the elderly to research the respective feature in inducing factors,main pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,prognosis,etc,for special features of the elderly,by the SPSS11.0.Measurement data were signed by（x±s） and examined by χ2 inspection,the curative effects were compared with Ridit analysis and χ2 inspection.Results By contrast,the two groups hade statistical significance in inducing factors（P0.01 or P0.05）,main pathogenesis（P0.01 or P0.05）,clinical symptoms（P0.01 or P0.05）.The elderly was higher than that of the young and middle-aged in mortality rate and complication,which had statistical significance,P0.01.Conclusion The two groups are different in the inducing factors,main pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,prognosis,etc.the two groups have their respective characteristics.
